HERE ARE MY CONCERNS AND WHY I AM TRANSFERING. BY THE WAY. THEY PUT ME ON A 60 DAY LOCK SO I CAN NOT TRANSFER MY ROARING.BIZ DOMAIN NAME UNTIL JAN 1 2021. BUT THESE ARE THE REASON WHY I AM GETTING RID OF MY CURRENT DOMAIN MANE REGISTRY.

YOU CAN SEE WHY I WANT TO CHANGE MY DOMAIN NAME REGISTRY. THIS IS ENOUGH.

Upon checking, it seems that you made an update to your account information last 10/30/2020, because of this, the COR Lock was triggered.
We do apologize for your inconvenience but due to new ICANN regulations, once you have updated your contact information, there is a 60-day lock placed on the domain in which you are unable to transfer the domain name during this time.

This a summary: After 1 December 2016, registrars must impose a lock that will prevent any transfer to another registrar for sixty (60) days following a change to a registrant's information. Registrars may (but are not required to) allow registrants to opt-out of the 60-day lock prior to the change of registrant request.
We do not have the opt-out option. It is against ICANN policy to remove once a change has been made.

This is an update regarding your concern about the redacted for Privacy of your domain and upon doing the investigation, the reason why it is redacted is due to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) was implemented. Meaning that there are stronger rules on data protection. Not only did this affect all websites that collect data from their visitors, but ultimately changed the way that public information is handled around domain names.
Whenever someone owns a domain name that has .biz domain extension it will always be redacted by the registry.
