HAVING PROBLEMS WITH REGISTRY TRYING TO TRANSFER DOMAIN NAME

CURRENTLY HAVE A SHADY DOMAIN NAME REGISTY. TRYING TO TRANSFER. I HAVE BEEN NOTICING UNUSUALY ACTIVITIES ON ROARING.BIZ. LIKE IT'S BEEN RE-DIRECTED AS ROBOTS ARE ONLY HITTING IT AND A FEW FRIENDS. SO GETTING OFF THIS REGISTY OF DOMAIN NAMES AND FINDING A LEGAL REGISTRY TO HOST MY DOMAIN NAME ROARING.BIZ

HERE ARE MY CONCERNS AND WHY I AM TRANSFERING. BY THE WAY. THEY PUT ME ON A 60 DAY LOCK SO I CAN NOT TRANSFER MY ROARING.BIZ DOMAIN NAME UNTIL JAN 1 2021. BUT THESE ARE THE REASON WHY I AM GETTING RID OF MY CURRENT DOMAIN MANE REGISTRY.

YOU CAN SEE WHY I WANT TO CHANGE MY DOMAIN NAME REGISTRY. THIS IS ENOUGH.

I DO NOT APPRECIATE A 60 DAY LOCK ON MY TRANSFER RIGHTS. AFTER ALL I DO OWN THE DOMAIN NAME.

==== EMAIL REQUARDING TRANSFERING MY DOMAIN NAME TO A DIFFERENT REGISTRY========

Thank you for contacting the Quality Processing Department at Network Solutions, a Web.com Company.

We can see the importance to help you with the transfer lock domain, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Please know that we are more than happy to assist you!

Upon checking, it seems that you made an update to your account information last 10/30/2020, because of this, the COR Lock was triggered.

We do apologize for your inconvenience but due to new ICANN regulations, once you have updated your contact information, there is a 60-day lock placed on the domain in which you are unable to transfer the domain name during this time.

The link to the policy can be found here:

https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/ownership-2013-05-03-en

This a summary: After 1 December 2016, registrars must impose a lock that will prevent any transfer to another registrar for sixty (60) days following a change to a registrant's information. Registrars may (but are not required to) allow registrants to opt-out of the 60-day lock prior to the change of registrant request.

We do not have the opt-out option.   It is against ICANN policy to remove once a change has been made.

I hope this information has been helpful. We appreciate your business!

Kind Regards,

FURTHER MORE THEY WILL NOT POST MY OWNERSHIP IN THE WHOIS. THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND.

THIS IS THE LETTER THEY TOLD ME WHY THEY COULD NOT PUT MY INFORMATION PUBLIC. WHICH BY THE WAY. I NEVER TOLD THEM TO BLOCK. I TOLD THEM THIS ON THE PHONE WHEN I PHONED THEM PERSONALLY

===EMAIL REGUARDING MAKING MY DOMAIN NAME INFORMATION PUBLIC ON WHOIS WORLD DATABASE======

 Dear Philip John,

Thank you for contacting Network Solutions. We are here to ensure that you are happy with our services.

This is an update regarding your concern about the redacted for Privacy of your domain and upon doing the investigation, the reason why it is redacted is due to the GDPR (
General Data Protection Regulation) was implemented. Meaning that there are stronger rules on data protection. Not only did this affect all websites that collect data from their visitors, but ultimately changed the way that public information is handled around domain names.

Whenever someone owns a domain name that has .biz domain extension it will always be redacted by the registry.

I hope this information has been helpful. We appreciate your business!

Kind Regards,

====================================================================================

I HAVE A FEELING I HAVE BEEN HAD FROM THIS COMPANY FOR QUIT SOME TIME NOW. IT WILL BE NICE TO GET A LEGAL DOMAIN NAME REGISTRY TO HANDLE ROARING.BIZ, THIS ONE HAS A BAD REPUTATION. AND IS GETTING HARD TO MAKE PUBLIC THE OWNER OF ROARING.BIZ (WHICH IS PHILIP JOHN JATZEK) AND TRANSFERING TO A NEW DOMAIN NAME REGISTRY THAT "CAN" MAKE MY INFORMATION PUBLICALLY ACCESSABLE. WISH ME LUCK.
