This edition derives triads and seventh chords from every degree of each seven-note scale, then presents playable open-area voicings and three-string root-position, first-inversion, and second-inversion shapes.

D Melodic Minor descending uses the same pitch collection as D Natural Minor. Its chord charts appear once under D Natural Minor and are referenced from the melodic-minor header.

Six selected country-color structures are also included for every scale. Unusual JATZEK-derived structures retain their exact chord tones and interval formulas; conventional symbols are used only when the structure matches a standard quality.
