I rely on tips and sales to support myself and my needs. Usually always food and cigarettes. It get's expensive.

To give you an idea. If everyone tipped $2.00 it would take me 13 tippers in order to make $26 for players smooth smokes,

or 6 beers if I wanted $22, or food to eat restaurant fast food $17. That is basically what I do with the tips.

I live off them. On a good day I am happy, on a bad tipples day get quite sad and wonder if I should even bother to busk anymore.

And not everyone tips. But some tip better then others and make up for the 13 people giving $2.00s to make $26.

I usually always go to Shoppers Drug Mart first thing in the morning 10 or 11am and play there for a while. Lately the tippers have been next to none. Very hard to survive. I usually go home with about 12 dollars. Not enough for anything I need. And I do do groceries off it when I can. If someone has taken the shoppers drug mart spot for panhandling or whatever. I walk through freshcos to the other side and start playing natures fair. On the odd day I will be at nolan's pharmacare. It's hard to make tips there but there are more people walking around.. Probably good for show.

So I busk about 1-2 hours daily. I will be in one of those spots. Be practising playing and making up new songs. And if tipped well, will start playing my old songs from the RoaRinG.biZ website. Hope to see you there!
